Acceptance of Terms

By using Parnon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Parnon. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and consent to your use of the app, including video analysis of your drills. The app collects the parent or guardian's email address and records the consent, and we may contact that address to confirm. A parent or guardian can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@parnon.app, which closes the account.

Description of Service

Parnon is an athletic training and performance tracking app that allows you to:

• Record combine-style drills with your device camera
• Get athletic measurements such as vertical jump, sprint times, and agility
• Save and review your drill videos
• Track your performance and progress over time
• Keep a training log of games, sleep, soreness, injuries, and body measurements

Parnon provides athletic measurements and training information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, health, or professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any training program, and stop and seek help if you experience pain or injury. You use the app and perform any drills at your own risk.

Measurement Accuracy

Measurements are produced by automated analysis of your videos and are estimates. Accuracy depends on factors such as camera angle, lighting, framing, and how the drill is performed. Parnon does not guarantee that any measurement is exact.

Price and Subscriptions

Parnon is free to download and use. Drills, measurements, and the training log do not require a subscription.

Parnon Pro is an optional subscription that adds storage for saving your drill videos. It is available monthly or yearly. What each plan includes, and its price in your local currency, are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Parnon Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Introductory offers. We may offer new subscribers a reduced price for a first period. The offer price, how long it lasts, and the regular price it renews at are shown before you buy. When the offer period ends, the subscription renews at the regular price unless you cancel. Each person can use an introductory offer once, as determined by Apple.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Users under 18. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before buying a subscription.

If your subscription ends, nothing you have already saved is deleted. Your saved videos stay in your account and stay available to you. You will not be able to save new videos beyond what the free plan includes until you subscribe again.

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Parnon, including:

• Athletic performance data and drill results
• Video files you record and save
• Personal information and account data

You grant Parnon permission to store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Parnon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Upload content that violates others' rights
• Record other people without their consent
• Use the service to harass or harm others
• Attempt to access others' private data
• Interfere with the app's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Parnon, you agree to our privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

Parnon is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccurate measurements
• Injury arising from training or performing drills
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions or content

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a Parnon Pro subscription, because billing is handled by Apple. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings to stop future charges. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
